    Well, one difference is that looks is followed by an adjective (he looks hungry) while looks like is followed by a noun clause or phrase (it looks like it is going to rain; he looks like a hungry tiger).

    Or were you asking what the difference is between "looks like" and "look like"?
    Looks like is used with he/she/it, while "look like" is used with I/you/we/they.
