    I had my car cleaned.

Look at the following sentences :

    (1) I employed someone to sweep my room.
= I had my room swept.
    (2) He employed someone to cut his hair.
= He had his hair cut.
    (3) I employed someone to clean my car.
= I had my car cleaned.
Similarly, how to make the following sentences?

Tell someone to bring it here.
    = (Have ..................)
Tell someone to translate it into English.
    = (Have.............)
Tell him to make another photograph.
    = (Have...............)
    Could anyone help me?

Why don't you have a go first? Look at the underlying structure and try to make the changes yourself, then we'll comment.

= (Have it translated into English)

    = (Have another paragraph made)
I hope I could help you. Of course it would be better to try it yourself.

But much the more common collocation is 'take a photograph'. What people do with cameras is take photographs. I suppose if I took a photograph, and sent it off to get reprints made, I might use the expression 'have photographs made'.

Well you can develop them, expose them, shoot them which I suppose means make them, but really you take pictures/photographs with a camera.
