    ""Hunch" in this context means an instinctive feeling or response. "I have a hunch that tomorrow will be fine.

    So you are being told to regard your instinctive response as likely to be right.

    Another tricky phrase that might need explaining is 'more often than not'; it means usually: it happens that way more often than the times when it doesn't.
