I have two elder brothers is the correct usage.
elder - refers to the position or hierarchy in the family
    older - refers to age

My two brothers are older than me.

He is my elder by three years (= three years older than me)

elder sister/brother/son/daughter a sister/brother/son/daughter who is older than the other sister(s), brother(s), etc.

    Hope this helps you
