    What onomatopoeic words are used to describe
    the following situations?

    (1)The washing machine: boom???

    (2)The flush of the toilet:

    (3)The sound of waves:

    (4)Pouring coffee into a cup:

    (5)Walking in pumps: clack???

    2. 'Sloosh'

    3 I'm struggling here... 'crash' for stormy waves, 'lap' for gentle?

    4. 'Glug glug'

    5. 'flip flop'...'clack,clack to me sounds like high heels or clogs

    I'm sure there are much more imaginative examples
