    could you please proofread the following text:

    The member approves conclusion of the contracts on the basis of which the Company, with a view to pay its obligations towards the member, will assign its claims against debtors under the following conditions.

    Shouldn't it end with a colon as you're going to list the conditions?

    Yes, my mistake
    And is "with a view to pay" correct or is "with a view to paying" better?
