    "make damage" "do damage"

    Hi!

I know that "do damage" is correct. But: can we say "make damage" in spoken English?

I'm especially interested in native speakers' opinion.

    Thank you for helping me,
    Mia

Never met it, and it would sound awkward if I had.

Me neither, except in trivial word games: " 'Dam' and 'age' make 'damage'."
