    Post How to call?

A person, who is not able to grasp anything at once is called as what?
To know the difference "The ordinary bulb gives light instantly. But the tube takes a little time to give light".

    Hi,
I think that proverb is so interesting. The buld is able to need power more than the tube and also pay for the power a lot. So doing anything quickly is also losed energy quickly.

any synonym of this word is bound to make the person concerned uncomfortable (if he is not a dunce, of course ), especially if you are calling him that to his face.

'tubelight', I believe, is an Indian colloquialism. But, it is safe
