There is no problem whatsoever! <singular, one problem>
There are no problems whatsoever! <plural, more than one problem>

    Context
Pat: You'll have to stay late tonight. We have a lot of work to do.
    Sam: Oh.
Pat: Do you have a problem with that?
    Sam: No problem whatsoever!

Pat: How are you coming along with the file transfers?
    Sam: I'm almost done.
Pat: Have you found any problems with the system you created?
    Sam: No problems whatsoever!

    Hope that helps.
