    Time's up or time's over (time is over) are correct.

    The teachers I instruct in China (all are Chinese nationals) use the phrase "time up". It's incorrect, of course, as Donbelid mentioned. The correct form time's up (a contraction of time is up)is pronounced, time[z] [z]up.

    I remember being always told 'Time up!' at the end of exams! I'm always learning on this forum!
