The best way to master English is a total immersion in/into/of the English Enviroment.

For a star, is the indefinite article a essential in the context?
Second, which preposition fits better here, in, into, or of? Thanks.

    Re: immersion

The best way to master English is total immersion in the English Environment.

The 'a' is neither essential nor desirable in this case.

    b

    Thanks, Bob, for the feedback.

What if I say it in this way, would it sound right to you?

The best way to master English totally immerses yourself in an English environment.

    Thanks.

    Hi Piousoul

No, that sentence doesn't work, but you could say this:
The best way to master English is to totally immerse yourself in an English environment.

Thanks, Philly, your version is what I had in mind, but somehow, maybe a slip of the mind, I just didn't type it right.
    Thanks for the correction.
