What should I put at the end of a letter to show that the agenda for a meeting is attached?

If you have referred to the meeting in the body of the letter, you need only add to the relevant paragraph, "I have attached the agenda".

Usually if there is anything enclosed or attached besides the letter itself, you would indicate by typing

    /enc.

as the last thing on the letter. That is, it will be underneath the signature and the typist's initials.
