    Are phrases correct and comprhensible?

    Dear Teacher,

Are these phrases correct and comphensible?

    1. On-the-job Safety Officer = Officer responsible for on-the-job safety.

    2. At-Work Safety Officer = Officer responsible for safety of people at work.

    Thank you and kind regards,
    Piak

I'd say 'Safety at Work Officer' or 'Officer for Safety at Work'.
