    Hello! The question that bothers me now is "What letters are used in writing by native-speakers nowadays: capital or block?"

    "Capital letters" (= letters in "upper case") are always like this: ABCDE.

    However, the phrase "block letters" is understood in two different ways: either as "capital letters", or as plainly printed letters, without regard to case.

    Some kinds of text are often written in capital letters (e.g. shopping lists, notes pinned to doors); but on the whole, most people write most things in a mixture of upper and lower case.
