    Welcome, cargrac.

What do you mean by 'phonetical movements' and 'speak'? Do you mean pronunciation or grammar?

Are you trying to say that when is the critical age for a person to acquire a new language like a native speaker?

If yes, if my memory still befriends me, it's about 14 years of age.

    Wow! Casiopea,
You really wow me with this post. You're really knowledgeable and lenient.
I'm really fascinated by what you wrote in bold. Would you like to elaborate on it for us? Thanks.
