What should I or what I should?

Please explain which one is correct? If both are correct what's the difference between them?

    1. Kindly advice me on what should I do next.
    2. Kindly advice me on what I should do next.

Should there be a question mark after these sentences.

    Thanks.

Re: What should I or what I should?

Kindly advice me on what I should do.

"what" is part of the first-half of the sentence, not the second-half.

Advice me on something (that) I should do.
Advice me on whatever it is (that) I should do.
Advice me on what I should do.

    All the best.
