    Question "relocation available" means what?

Recently I often saw"relocation avaible" in job posts.

Anybody knows what it refers to?

    Re: "relocation available" means what?

It means that if you have to relocate, that is, move to their area from some distant place, they will assist you in moving. They might pay part or all of the cost of moving your belongings and help you to find someplace to live locally.

I have formed 2 judgements about this phrase, but I do not know which is proper.Could you tell me which understanding is right? Thanks in advance.

1)relocation assistance is receivable, assiatance is dropped out.Available here means "at hand".
the only certain thing is "they will assist you in moving", they are not promising that they will boundly pay the cost during the moving ,and (when you get the destination) the rent of apartment ,meals.

    2)Avaiable here means "suitable".

They are just saying that"people out of the company's location can also apply for this job,but they need to relocate to the company's location."
