generic term - a term used to refer to a group of similar things
inflammation - a red, painful, swollen area on any part of our body
inflammatory condition - a ci=ondition where there is swelling on our body
vesiculation - this is a medical term, a loose translation means damage to the layer of tissues covering our internal organs
acute stage - in its most severe stage

the given sentence is a definition of some kind of skin problem like burns or blisters. It means " a ------ is a term used to refer to certain types of swellings on the skin which are almost similar in appearance or in its nature, especially caused by a serious damage of the body tissues.

    Re: generic term

'Vesiculation' is the formation of vesicles which are like blisters (those filled with a watery liquid).
