    Smile end-result fee basis

    Hello, teachers.
What does "on an end-result fee basis" mean when used in a contract?

    Re: end-result fee basis

If the result is a failure, then there's no fee- the fee is assessed at the end when the outcome is known.

I've heard of "contingent fee basis." Is it the same as "end-result fee basis"?

Where did you see it? It could be used by a particular profession- lawyers often say 'no win, no fee'.

I forgot where I saw it first, but as to this time, I guessed certain word in my mother tongue when I read Tdol's explanation, and then looked it up in a dictionary to find the English translation of that word.
