    likely, possibly

    is there any differense between "likely" and "possibly" in general , and in the following example ,in particular?
    "Once it is ready likely Wednesday but possibly Thursday the report will be sent to the agency."

    Once it is ready - likely/as it may be/in a more desirable case/I'll try to do it/already on Wednsday but possibly/as it may be/in a less desirable, but also acceptable case/I'll cope with it/only on Thursday.
