    Not necessarily. Someone can complain just once about a particular thing or situation. When they nag, however, they go on and on....and on.

    "Did you remember to take the trash out?"
    "It's getting late, you'd better take the trash out."
    "Tomorrow is garbage pick-up day, I don't want to have to get up early to take the trash out."
