Polite way to ask for a favor in business?

I need to contact a company and ask them for a free product. I know they will give it to me, I know it' in their interest... However I can't help but feeling shy about asking. How would you formulate?
    Hello,
I would like to ask you if you can send me a free blah?
    ...or
Can you send me a free blah?
    ...or??
    Thanks!
