    Pimp Glam and Heartland Cowboy

Would you please tell me the meaning of the bracked part n the following?
We look to celebrities like Madonna, perhaps the only fortysomething woman [who can pull off both Pimp Glam and Heartland Cowboy in the same year.]

Re: Pimp Glam and Heartland Cowboy

They are referring to two of Madonna's many "looks" or images. Pimp glam was the way her style was described when she wore a large fedora and chunky gold chains while singing "Holiday" during her "Drowned World" tour. The Hearland Cowboy style is similar to the clothing she wore in the "Music" video.
