could you please proofread the following sentence:
The Supplier declares that his property is not and has not been subject to bankruptcy, that no petition for bankruptcy has been filed which would be rejected due to lack of property and further that he is not and has never been bankrupt, subject to liquidation or insolvent and that he is able to meet his obligations arising from this agreement.

Lawyers have an odd attitude to commas in legal documents, so I'd try this on your law people; but I'd add a comma after 'property'. (In fact I'd rewrite the whole thing with a vertical list and lots of white space, but I guess that's not an option! )
