    Present Vs Past

    What is the difference between

    1) I have seen a movie yesterday.
    2) I saw a movie yesterday.
    3) I had seen a movie yesterday.

    Which one is correct

    2 is correct. When you specify a time in the past you use the Simple Past.

    I saw a movie yesterday.
    The others aren't used.
