    lease concession

    Hi,

could you please tell me what a "lease concession" is?

    Example:
The manager shall ensure that lease concessions are carefully recorded and shall introduce a system to flag forthcoming expiry of concessions for consideration.

    Is it a lease contract?

    Thank you very much.

    Hanka

    Re: lease concession

A lease is a type of contract that you sign when you rent a property, whether it be an apartment, house, shop, or office building.

A concession is an "extra" that the owner or landlord will give to the lessor, such as the first month free of rent, or free cable TV, or new carpeting. Things like that.
