    How much do you owe him?

    How much do you owe <b>to</b> him?

    I know the first sentence is grammatically correct.
    How about the second one?
    Does it sound natural to put 'to' there?

    The second is not.
    I owe Lola 10 dollars.
    I owe 10 dollars to Lola and 20 to Bob.
    I gave her my address.
    I gave my address to her.
