    Question Dear Name/ Ms Surname

    Hello there,

    I just got an email from the admissions administrator at he univeristy I'm applying to. Her name is Lisa Morton. She ended her emal with 'Kind Regards ,Lisa'

    Shall I start my reply to her with 'Dear Lisa' or 'Dear Ms Morton'?

    I would definitely use Dear Ms Morton.
