    Cool 'surprise' in 'tuna surprise'

    there are many phrases contain "surprise" ,as in "tuna surprise"."surprise breakfast" etc. has "surprise" any special meaning here?

    "Tuna surprise" means the cook is throwing whatever he can find in the cupboards into the tuna casserole so that it looks a little fancier than just plain tuna.
