    Exclamation turkey in the sky

    What does the expression " turkey in the sky" mean in the following news report caption : "Is EduSat a 'turkey in the sky'. EduSat beams lectures to 10,000 classrooms in technical universities and primary schools across the country. But is the initiative a success?"

    A 'turkey' is an idiomatic word for 'conspicuous failure'. The fact that EduSat flies isn't relevant, but it makes the figure of speech an apt pun.
