    How do i write to a client informing him of the acknowledgement of his letter and stating that i have decided to do what he asked of using basic business terms.

    "Thank you for your letter of [day month year], in which you state the terms of business. I shall be happy to comply with these and shall look forward to doing business with you in the future."

    If you want to be ABSOLUTELY clear about the terms of business, then re-state them before saying you will go with them.
