Is YET used in questions with a negative verb?
    Which sentence is correct:
Have you spoken to your supervisor yet? or
Haven't you spoken to your supervisor yet?

    Re: Yet

    Hello Unreg,

Yes, it's fine to use "yet" with a negative verb.

In your examples, the first is the normal, neutral form; while the second implies surprise that you haven't spoken to your supervisor.
