    Question At/ in

I am writing an email to a frend who went to Warsaw last week. Which is more correct 'I hope you are having fun in warsaw' or 'I hope you are having fun at warsaw'

Do you use in before certain cities and at before certain cities as we do if French or there is a certain rule to apply?

    Thanks a lot

    Use 'in' with cities.
