    A Sentence

    Some foods are considered unhealthy on grounds of their being high in calories (saturated fats), lack of antioxidants and fibres. Such foods when consumed by you lead to a high probability of occurrence of many a diseases.

    What does this sentence mean? Anyone can translate it in English ?

    But this is English already. I think it means:

    Some foods are considered not healthy, because these foods are full of calories, but these foods don't have antioxidants and fibers. If you eat these kinds of foods, it is highly possible that you may get some diseases.

    Hope this is easier to understand.
