    Exclamation Being

    Dear Sir,

Can you please explain how to use the 'being' in sentence and its meaning and any alternative word instead of 'being'? I know only how to use in passive mode.

    With Regards!

    Re: Being

'Being' can also be a noun-for example, 'We are all human beings'.

Thank you for replying but still I am not clear, so later I try to give you some example; now I can remember only one. In accounting we put a narration under each entry as follows:

"Being goods sold to M/s Al Rafeh Trpt."

    Regards!
