    Secretary

    Dear Teacher,

What is a proper and polite way to remind someone about a meeting via email? Should I say, "Please be reminded that the ALCO meeting is tomorrow." ? Do you have a better suggestion?

    Thank you kindly!

    Re: Secretary

"I would like to confirm that the ALCO meeting tomorrow starts at xxxxxx, and will be held in Room xxx"

    Reminds without being personal.
