    Communication Strategies

How can I write the following Scenario in Good Style?

The trip scheduled for Mexico during spring break had been cancelled due to the bankruptcy of the bus company. You must tell 25 of your classmates that the trip has been cancelled and that they have lost their $100 deposit. How will I convey the information and still uphold their good will toward me?

    Re: Communication Strategies

Sorry, I don't think you are going to be able to tell anyone that, and still have their respect, particularly if YOU were the one who booked the bus with that particular company. No words exist which could stop them blaming you.
