2.The department store is't far away from here.
3.The department store is't far from here.
Q:Is #2 right?
I ask this because they are all wrong - it is "isn't" not "is't". If that is just your typo - copied wrongly - then the next problem is that all of them are commonly used.
If I had to choose one of them I would choose 3, on the basis that 'away' can be regarded as a bit redundant when used with 'far' - if you are far from home, you must also be away from home
