    If reports are to be believed, senior members in the Indian dressing room are planning to rebut coach Greg Chappell's allegations with some stern steps of their own.

    According to a report in Tuesday's edition of The Hindu newspaper, the players are keen to set up a meeting with BCCI President Sharad Pawar to make their case.

    The cricketers want to present their arguments about Greg Chappell to the BCCI.

    The term comes from "presenting/pleading a case in a legal court"
