    I hope you want me to explain this.
    I like English. I like English too. Instead of "I like English too" we can say "So do I". So is used in positive sentences.
    I don't like Russian. I don't like Russian either. Instead of "I don't like Russian either." we can say "Neither do I." Neither is for negative sentences.
