    Smile I have two questions.

    Hello
    I have two questions.
Firstly, Does draft a contract mean write up a contract?
Secondly, one meaning of award is give as judged due or on the basis of merit.
What are the meaning of “judged due” and “on the basis of merit”?

    Thank you very much.

    Re: I have two questions.

Draft a contract means to write up a contract. Judged due; e.g. The court awarded her $1,000,000 in compensation. On the basis of merit;e.g., Max was awarded 1st prize in the cooking contest.

    All the best.
