    food in fiber

    is food plural when we talk about healthy and fiber

    can someone explain the different meaning. thank you SO MUCH!!! im so confused

    foods are high in fiber
    food is high in fiber

    Food is high in fiber This is wrong because many foods are not high in fiber.
    Foods that are high in fiber include oats, beans, wholgrain cereals, etc. Here, we use the plural because we are talking about different types of food, rather than in general.
