    Need help with an expression

    Hi there,

I was wondering about an expression that I've never heard before and can't find any definition of anywhere, and I was hoping you guys would be able to help me out.

'Well he sure can spin those records...'

    The context is like this:

A: Maybe you'd like to go back and put some clothes on?

B: No, I think this is just fine.

C: Well he sure can spin those records...

Person B is scantily dressed and person A is upset about it.
Person C says his thing, and then everyone in the audience laughs.

Does anyone have a clue what person C means by what he says?

Would be so so grateful if someone could help me out!

    Welcome, outlawgirl.

Would you have more context for us? For example, why is person A not dressed, and what does A do for a living?

    All the best.
