    'You and me' or 'You and I'

    do you say 'You and me' or 'You and I' ?

    You and I are lucky. --> "You and I" = subject of the sentence
    He wants to talk to you and me. --> "you and me" = object
    Sometimes you might hear "you and me" as the subject of a sentence in very informal spoken English, but that's grammatically incorrect.
