    All

Is "All" singular? What are the situations where I need to use "is" and to use "are" inusing "All." Please include some examples so that I can clearly understand.

    Thanks.

    All of us are going.

We all are a bunch of fools.

    All is not well.

Does this mean "All" is singular? Or, it depends. Could you explain further. Thanks.
