    coming through, moving a bit

Brett Lee: Well I think the most important thing is that you need to have the right balance. There has been a plenty of talk about sponsorship, people with sponsorships and that type of stuff. With selection and cricket sponsorships, everything has to be balanced.

And it's the same with a team. If there is a right balance of maturity, experience, but also that right balance of youth coming through as well. So you need to have the senior players teaching the younger players, so that keeps the senior players moving a bit, because the younger players are more enthusiastic.

Please explain the highlighted group of words.

Coming through - moving up from the junior team to the senior.
Moving a bit - they can't relax and have to keep trying because the younger players want to replace them
