    What was the expression?

    Dear Teachers,

I am trying to recall the expression that is used to describe a situation where people are scrambling or rushing to do something. Is it "stepping on each others feet ?"

    Thank you.

I guess you must be thinking of "run/rush somebody off their feet":

How about 'falling over themselves to do it' ?
