    Cool flouncy

    Hi,

    In the following passage:

"... that flouncy frenchman who has such an high opinion of himself..." What does flouncy mean in this case?

    Re: flouncy

More context is really needed to be precise, but "flouncy" implies a camp form of behaviour.

camp = adjective 1 (of a man) ostentatiously and extravagantly effeminate. 2 deliberately exaggerated and theatrical in style.
