    Formal letter formatting question

At the end of a letter, putting a CC: name and address forces the letter onto a second page. How much text should be on the second page?

    Re: Formal letter formatting question

You should have at least three or four lines of text on the second page. If at all possible, tighten up the spacing on page one and see if you can fit everything on one page.
