    Smile meaning

R: What kind of room would you like?
G: Are there any deluxe rooms available? "Let's give ourselves a treat."
    G: Let's.
R: That would be the double. And do you smoke"
    G: No, we don't.
R: fine. "you are all set." You room is 701. I 'll have your bags sent up...

I want the meaning of the sentences in quotation marks.

    Re: meaning

"Let's give ourselves a treat."- a treat is something extra, a luxury, an indulgence, more than normal
"you are all set."- It is a way of showing that the check-in has finished- 'all set' = ready
